What We Offer

WOOD FLOORING (Solid & Engineered)

Nothing compares to the authentic beauty of real wood. We specialize in installing both solid hardwood (mill-cut from a single piece of timber) and engineered hardwood (a real wood veneer layered over high-density core). Engineered is particularly popular in DFW due to its superior stability in our shifting humidity. We guide you through every species—from classic Oak and Maple to exotic Brazilian Cherry and Walnut—to find the perfect match for your lifestyle, decor, and budget.

  • Best For: Living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, and entire home renovations.
  • Durability: Can be sanded and refinished multiple times (solid) or at least 1-2 times (engineered), lasting decades.
  • DFW Tip: We strongly recommend engineered hardwood for below-grade installations (basements) or over concrete slabs.
GLUE DOWN & NAIL DOWN INSTALLATION

The longevity of your floor depends heavily on the installation method. We offer both professional-grade Glue Down and Nail Down installations, and we help you choose the right one based on your subfloor, wood type, and home environment.

  • Glue Down: We use commercial-grade, moisture-mitigating adhesives to bond engineered or solid wood directly to concrete slabs. This is the gold standard for DFW homes with concrete foundations, as it minimizes movement and provides a solid, quiet feel underfoot.
  • Nail Down: The traditional method for solid hardwood over plywood subfloors. We use specialized pneumatic nailers to secure each plank, allowing for natural expansion and contraction while keeping the floor perfectly aligned.
  • Our Process
    • Subfloor Inspection: We check for levelness and moisture content.
    • Acclimation: Wood is delivered and left to acclimate to your home’s climate for 3–7 days.
    • Installation: Meticulous layout, cutting, and anchoring.
    • Finishing Touches: Installation of baseboards, transitions, and shoe molding.
DEMOLITION & REMOVAL OF EXISTING FLOORS

Out with the old, in with the new. We handle the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. Our team efficiently removes and hauls away your existing flooring, whether it’s old hardwood, carpet, tile, or vinyl, down to the bare subfloor. We take extreme care to contain dust and debris, and we conduct a thorough subfloor assessment once the old material is gone to ensure your new floor has a flawless, stable foundation.

What’s Included: Full site cleanup and debris haul-away. Complete tear-out of existing flooring materials. Removal of old adhesives, staples, or nails. Subfloor leveling and repair (if needed).

HAND SCRAPED FLOORING

For homeowners seeking a rustic, artisan-crafted look, hand-scraped flooring is the ultimate statement. Unlike machine-distressed floors, our hand-scraped options feature subtle, undulating grooves and variations that mimic the texture of floors crafted centuries ago. The beauty of hand-scraped flooring lies in its character; each plank is unique, hiding everyday dents and scratches beautifully. It adds instant warmth, character, and a rugged elegance to farmhouses, modern builds, and traditional estates alike.

LAMINATE FLOORING

Today’s high-definition laminates offer stunning, photorealistic wood grain imagery that is nearly indistinguishable from real hardwood—at a fraction of the cost. Constructed with a tough, wear-resistant top layer, laminate is incredibly resistant to scratches, stains, and fading. It’s the ideal solution for high-traffic areas, homes with active kids and pets, or investors looking for a cost-effective upgrade.

Cons: Cannot be refinished; must be replaced if damaged. Doesn’t add the same resale value as real hardwood.

Pros: Affordable, scratch-resistant, DIY-friendly, and easy to clean.

REFINISHING & STAINING (Sand & Finish)

Don’t tear out your old hardwood; restore it! If your floors are covered in scratches, dullness, or outdated stain colors, our refinishing service can make them look brand new again for a fraction of the cost of replacement. We specialize in transforming tired, worn floors into stunning centerpieces using dust-containment systems and premium finishes.
